Acceptance of terms
By accessing ARC Campus you accept these terms on behalf of your organization and in line with the applicable enterprise agreement.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the platform.
Use of the service
ARC Campus is provided for AI training and adoption within your organization. You must not attempt to access other organizations' data, breach security, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Harvey is an AI coach: it teaches and guides, but responsibility for decisions and for the work produced with AI remains yours.
Accounts and organizations
Each user accesses the platform through an account assigned by their organization and must keep their credentials confidential.
Your organization is responsible for managing its users' access.
Liability and changes
The service is provided "as is", without warranties beyond those set out in the enterprise agreement.
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to your organization.
