Information we collect
We collect the account data your organization provides (name, email and role) and the learning-activity data you generate by using the platform, such as course progress, conversations with Harvey and session attendance.
We do not sell your personal data or use it for purposes other than operating and improving the service.
How we use your information
We use your information to deliver the learning experience, measure adoption, personalize Harvey's coaching and send service-related communications.
Processing is carried out under the data processing agreement signed with your organization.
Sharing and subprocessors
We share data only with the subprocessors required to operate the service (hosting, email, video and AI providers), under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
Each organization is isolated: no user can access another organization's data.
Your rights and retention
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. We honor deletion requests within 30 days.
We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
